Places to Paddle - Summary

There are many great paddling destinations in the Southeast. However, individuals new to the sport or new to the area might not be able to find destinations that fit their interests or their need for something close. The list below is a good starting point for members looking for new water to explore.  If you know of a great place to paddle in our area that is not covered, please post a trip report on the Discussion Forums or select here to recommend an addition to the list.

Alabama	All locations in the state with an emphasis on eastern and southern Alabama
South Carolina	All locations in the state with an emphasis on the lakes in the northwest mountains, Charleston, Columbia and the ACE Basin
North Carolina	All locations in the state with an emphasis on the lakes in the northwest mountains
North Florida	North of Ocala, including the Panhandle
South Florida	Ocala and south, including the Everglades and the Florida Keys
Tennessee	All locations in the state
